Return Policy

Not loving your order? Since we're super small, we aren't set up for returns.  

Here are a couple of great ideas for you to still feel good about your purchase and do good at the same time - 

Surprise a friend - your friend or loved one might just love those cards or deck! 

Donate to a local non-profit - Local non-profits appreciate any donation that will help someone in need with unused personal products.  

A bit about Charts by Karis - Chart Reading is a specific service provided by Not Every Libra. Chart Readings cannot be refunded. Each Chart Reading is a unique interpretation of a chart to the person ordering it and is intended to be entertaining, enlightening, and another resource for people to consider when making decisions, but in no way, a complete representation of the person whose chart is being read, nor should people make important life decisions based on a Chart Reading alone. We want our Chart Readings to give comfort and positivity to people and really hope that you have fun with our interpretations. 

Damages and issues

Did we mess up? If your order was wrong or damaged, send us an email and let's work together to figure something out. We always want to be kind and help you. Sometimes, stuff happens. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at karis@noteverylibra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
